Agreement

By using stridable.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply only to stridable.com and are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Who may use this site

Stridable is intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

What Stridable provides

Stridable provides educational information and resources for families navigating dyslexia. The content on this site — including articles, state-specific guidance, and screening tool outputs — is for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on this site constitutes clinical advice, a medical or psychological evaluation, a formal diagnosis, or legal counsel. Screening tool outputs are AI-generated educational guidance based on legitimate, reputable sources and the inputs you provide. They are not a substitute for evaluation by a qualified professional. We reinforce this in the tool itself; these terms extend that limitation to your use of the site as a whole.

Your account

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@stridable.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to violate any applicable law, transmit harmful or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or harvest content in bulk, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual property

All content on stridable.com — including text, design, and generated outputs — is owned by or licensed to Stridable LLC. You may use content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Third-party links

This site links to external resources including state education department websites, advocacy organizations, and research publications. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Stridable is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information provided is complete, accurate, or current — particularly as state laws and policies change frequently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stridable LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
